Nature Class offers children to be immersed in nature, enriching childhood through shared experiences from the forest to coast & building meaningful relationships with others akin to your heart.

Our rhythm is achieved through experiential learning (Experience — Reflect  — Grow), developing relational & practical life skills, nurturing creativity & exploration.

This is our offering to support your children's learning journey whether it be schooling, homeschooling, unschooling or distance education; gifting you time while children form healthy foundations for life.

Here, children can be challenged, grow & ground in nature, develop an understanding of who they are & where they belong (heart, awareness, identity & character), as well as the world around them & its many forms of beauty.

Age range is a guide, 5 - 12 yrs welcome.
The benefits of mixed age learning is valued in Nature Class.

Please note: casual bookings will not be available, though a trial day will be offered when available before term commitment is required.

If possible a meet & greet with co-founder Ryan &/or Sarah will be arranged prior to attending initial Nature Class to informally assess if it would be a good fit for your family & the existing group dynamic, and to get to know each other better.

— Pricing —

Term Pricing: $90 per child / 10% sibling discount available (child + sibling per day), please use drop down option to select appropriate options or contact us to arrange.
Term Payment Plan Available — please contact us to arrange this option, bookings are commitment to the full 10 week term, for the full term amount of $900 per child.
*Please note: only one discount can be applied per order for 2 siblings on the same program.
Booking a place for the term secures your place for our Nature Class experiences & creates a consistent foundation for children to learn, connect & grow.

Payment Plans Available: fortnightly payments of $180 with commitment to the full term required (a total of 5 payments per child's place over the 10 week term).

— Relational Living & Practical Learning —

Our hearts are poured into all that we do. As parents, we understand the needs of families & the value of having time for yourself or life's priorities. 

Lead by our co-founder Ryan, a qualified teacher — specialising in character
development, outdoor education, conservation ecology, geography, nature therapy & wholistic health.

Throughout the term we touch on a range of learning areas including nature inspired craft, environment awareness, ecology (interrelationships between living & non-living things), wildlife & plant biology (identification, anatomy, life cycles, reproduction, biodiversity, identification, environmental) & geography (navigating diverse landscapes - forest to coast). These are invitations to each child, they can choose to engage in as we incorporate them into our practical & experiential learning experiences.

Nature Class is a relational exchange & practical learning opportunity, as we share experiences from forest or coast to enrich childhood, expand comfort zones, explore new places, develop awareness (of self, others & the environment) practical skills & focus on nurturing identity & developing character.

The term’s experiences also offer growing opportunities in the areas of natural play & child led exploration, nature craft, storytelling, music & affirmation meditations.

— Creative Character Development —

Throughout the term we will be focusing on developing social & emotional intelligence. Ryan will lead the groups through our Creative Character Development, which combines creative play with character development through games, shared experiences & intentional conversation that focus on training children for life, in areas of: awareness (self, others, environment), stewardship, empathy, co-operation, integrity & contribution.


Our heart is to allow children to approach the environment & experiences offered at their pace, giving room to simplify & adapt when needed during these days to accommodate this.

While we will aim to deliver everything promised, we will change plans for unforeseen circumstances. Please note: all activities are subject to restrictions & weather as well as minimum number requirements.

As our full term participants, your children will have access to all of our incredible experiences throughout the coming term.

— Bookings —

Places are limited, once sold out only casual places will be made available as they become available throughout the term; contact us to be added to our waitlist or express interest to join waitlist.

Sibling discount offered for full term bookings (10% discount), for the same offering on the day. Only one discount can be applied per family/booking.

Please consider our Terms of Service prior to booking, all bookings are final. Due to our limited spaces available, a missed day is a missed day with no make-up dates or refunds offered. However a place to our upcoming Family Nature Gathering may be offered if this occurs; with reasonable requests to be considered.

Full Term Bookings are guaranteed a place weekly, casual bookings may become available during the term though they are dependant on the days Nature Class experience, capacity & suitability for the group dynamic.

A term schedule of experiences will be released at the beginning of term. Though even the best plans will need to adapt and change at times, as they are subject to restrictions, availability, safety, group dynamics, weather & minimum number requirements. An alternative plan for the day will be communicated with families should this occur on any given Nature Class day. If a planned experience is missed due to this,  it will be missed with no alternative day offered.

Please note: prior to each Nature Class, you will be receive an email with the day's schedule & key information such as what to bring included. Each booking will be required to complete a Waiver & Consent form once for our record, prior to attending.
