Only reasonable & timely requests will be considered.
Please consider the below before your purchase:

— All sales are considered final.
— Once dispatch has been made please contact the postage / courier service directly,
should any issues arise with delivery
 once the order has been fulfilled (dispatched).
— Inspect your order upon receiving it & contact us should any damage or issues occur (within 2 business days) to make a plan forward.
— All items will be coming from QLD, Australia with you in our heart. Consider the current climate, possible delays when making purchases.

Shipping Policy —

All products are packaged & shipped from Australia with you in our heart & complimentary wrapping. For multiple purchases shipping will be combined.

Shipping within Australia: Free local pick up is available from Coolangatta QLD 4225*. Flat rate of $10.00 per item / Express rate is $15.00 per item (up to 500grams). Flat rate untracked Envolope $5.00 (for items up to 170grams & A4 size)*.  International Shipping: flat rate of $25.00 (up to 250grams).

*Please note: these low cost shipping options are offered at the customers responsibility from point of dispatch: for local pick up dispatch is considered when it is placed in the letterbox for customer collection within 24hrs, Envelope postage without tracking is at customers own risk). 

Please allow for the below timeframes: 2-4 weeks after preorder closes for shipping & packaging / 2-3 weeks for prints to be packaged & shipped / 1-2 week for products on hand to be shipped.

Do you accept returns, refunds or exchanges —

Please be aware that all sales are considered final, we do not accept any change of mind returns,
refunds or exchanges at this time.
Only if your order has not yet been despatched we may be able to make reasonable changes.
 

How do I cancel my order —

Please note that sales are considered final, we can only cancel an order if your order has not yet been despatched or printed yet if it is reasonable to do so. We do not accept any change of mind returns or exchanges at this time.

How long will my order take to arrive —

Please note that due to the current climate, postal
delays are outside of our control, it is recommended
that this is taken into account when purchasing.

xpress shipping is highly recommended at the moment. As a guide we estimate postage times provided by the postal services below: 

Australia: Express: 1-3 Business Days / Standard: 4-10 Days. USA: Express: 3-10 Business days / Standard: 10-20 Business Days. New Zealand: Express: 1-3 Business Days / Standard: 4-10 Days. Other International: Express 3-5 Business days. 

Please note the postage times are after your order has been dispatched. Fulfilment may take 1-5 business days / the week following close of preorder date.

I have a problem with my delivery —

Requests for change of address after a purchase has been made can only be fulfilled if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been handed to the delivery courier / service we are unable to make changes. As the customer, please follow up with the postal service if you any problems arrives once it has been dispatched with the tracking details you will receive upon despatch.

My order was returned to sender, what should I do —

Please ensure you are able to receive your order, we do not accept responsibility for this.
If a customer does not collect their parcel within local post offices pick-up time frames or delivery requirements, they will send it back to our Australian warehouse (at our expense). The customer will need to pay reshipment cost to resend.
If your order is not reshipped within 60 days of return, your order may be deemed as uncollected and a redelivery of your item may not be available.
